Monday Timetable

Starting Monday 13th April to Monday 25th May.

Yoga for Beginners | 6 Week Block | 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm

This is a six week block of yoga for those who have never practiced yoga before, or for those who are returning to exercise after an extended break.

We will begin by exploring gentle yoga poses and movements. We will build on this by learning foundational yoga poses. We will naturally blend mindfulness into each class through mindful movement and short meditation practices.

It will be a really enjoyable introductory journey into Yoga and Mindfulness related practices, and how these can support your health both physically, mentally and emotionally.

Every Wednesday 10 am – 11 am

Chair Yoga & Relaxation

This is a seated Yoga practice, suitable for those who have reduced mobility, or for those who would like to find a class that provides many of the relaxation benefits of a traditional floor based Yoga class, but in a chair rather than on a mat.

There will be a 20 minute relaxation part at the end of each class using soothing sound instruments. 

Price: €15 drop in, or €50 for a Four Class Pass*.

*Note that a Four Class Pass can be used over a 90 day period.

Every Wednesday 7:45 pm – 8:45 pm

Feel Good Yoga Flow

This class is suited to those who have some yoga experience, or a good base level of fitness. Guidance around adapting poses to suit your level of yoga experience will be offered throughout the class. 

Price: €15 drop in, or €50 for Four Class Pass.*

*Note that a Four Class Pass can be used over a 90 day period.

Every Thursday 10 am – 11 am

Gentle Evening Yoga with Soothing Sounds

This will be a gentle evening yoga and relaxation class that will soothe and ease the body and mind, preparing you for a restful nights sleep.

The yoga postures and movements will be gentle yet strong and will be suited to most people with a base level of fitness.

Movement will make up about 40 minutes of the class, with 20 minutes dedicated to relaxation through meditation and soothing sound instruments.

Price: €15 drop in, or €50 for Four Class Pass.*

Friday 3rd April | 7:30 pm – 9 pm:

Sacred Sound Journey with Maryrose Buckley of Insight Holistics

Maryrose will guide you on a journey to the natural intelligence of your inner world. You will be held and supported through guided shamanic & mindfulness practices that will delve into a variation of songs & sacred sounds, bringing you into a deep state of meditation.  

Mary Rose has a depth of therapeutic experience in offering sound healing both on a one to one basis and within a group. She is also a Mindfulness teacher (MTAI), and a Shamanic practitioner and she uses these skills within an interconnected space to guide and support people who are on a journey of self-exploration.  

The Sound Journey will last approximately one hour, and for the remaining time, tea and refreshments will be served.

Friday 10th April | 7:30 pm – 9 pm:

Soundbath with Andrea & her Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls

This will be an evening where you be brought through a journey of soothing and healing sounds, that will support the body and mind to experience a deep state of relaxation and healing.

Andrea is known for the deeply soothing and healing soundbath experiences she creates through her exquisite quartz crystal singing bowls.

She blends her broad range of holistic skills to offer the most perfect hour of relaxation and ease for the mind, body, heart & spirit.

The soundbath will last approximately one hour, and for the remaining time, tea and refreshments will be served.

Commencing Friday 17th April:

Six Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course

There is both a morning option of 10 am to 11:30 am

AND an evening option of 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

In each class in this six week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, we will explore practices and principles of Mindfulness that will help you to relate to your present moment experience in more skilful and helpful ways, thereby reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.

This course is based on the 8 week MBSR program first developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. He is widely recognised as the individual who has been most influential in pioneering the practice of mindfulness in healthcare and educational settings, which led to the massive interest that we see today in mindfulness.

This short course is suited to those who are completely new to meditation, and also for those who have some experience in meditation or mindfulness.

Dear Self: A Gentle Introduction to Journaling with Selene Brennan

This workshop is facilitated by Personal Growth Coach and Mindfulness Teacher Selene Brennan.

Through this workshop, discover the power of putting pen to paper in this welcoming, beginner friendly journaling workshop.
