“I came to see Esther in December. I was full of anxiety I had a huge knot in my stomach. It was a really tough time for me. I couldn’t understand what was happening to me and made myself really anxious. I was so anxious that I couldn’t eat breakfast some mornings I would pace the floor and have panic attacks over thinking about this knot. I was thinking so much about it. It was taking over my life. I struggled to do stuff I had a lot of fear of these feelings. This wasn’t me, my life was been taking over by my feelings of this huge knot. I really believed there was no light at the end of the tunnel until I met Esther and she showed me the light.
She’s was so easy to talk to I was very lucky to have connected with Esther. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to talk about anything with her. Esther helped me to be comfortable with my feelings and showed me how to change my way of thinking. She also gave me great tips and books but most of all she made me see all the good I have in my life and how to live in the present and enjoy what I have. I’ve learnt so much about myself. And now 6 months on I’m doing so much better I can manage my anxiety I understand it and I am comfortable with it to let it come and go.
