Many studies exist to support the benefits that being outdoors in nature has for our mental and physical health.
Some people find that having weekly counselling sessions outdoors is more beneficial to them as it is a space where they are more comfortable to open up and where it is easier for them to find clarity and make sense of their current life experiences.
The counselling session will be similar in almost every other way to a traditional face to face counselling session however we will walk at a gentle pace as we talk and work through the issues and difficulties that you are facing.
Sessions take place during day light hours at the Hill of Tara, at the Porch Fields in Trim, or at the park in Dunshaughlin.
The cost for each session is €50, and will last 50 minutes to one hour.
